Frank Lloyd Wright’s William P. Boswell House

If you’re a Frank Lloyd Wright fan, you’ll be excited to hear that his William P. Boswell House is on the market in Indian Hill, Ohio, for $3.4 million. This is a big deal for Wright fans because the interior of the William P. Boswell house has never been photographed publicly before. The home has 5,400 sq. ft. with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Take a look!

The Cincinnati Enquirer website has a narrated slideshow of the home that goes into more detail about it.
UPDATE 5/08: The William P. Boswell house has not sold yet despite all the national publicity it has received. The owners have dropped the price from $3.4 to $2.9 million.

Thanks for posting this. The MLS was fun to review. And you too can have this house for only $2500 per month, just in TAXES!

Yeah, what does that work out to–$30,000 a year in taxes alone?
Another reader mentioned to me that not one of the HGTV Dream Home winners has ever been able to keep the dream homes they won because they couldn’t afford the taxes. If this isn’t a reason to overhaul the tax system, I don’t know what is!

Yep, that’s some expensive taxes. J-Dawg signing out.

Don’t forget astronomical insurance if you win the 2008 Florida Keys Dream Home. Florida’s insurance premiums can be much higher than our taxes.

I am not a FLW fan. I can appreciate the skill and vision but I just don’t like the sterile environment in them. With those taxes the can keep the heap of brick. And sadly yes , not 1 winner of the hgtv dream house has kept it. Last year or before the gave the winner money to pay something, but I think they still sold it.
